FormWiz is an AI-powered tool that helps users create Google Forms through natural language prompts. The Service uses Google OAuth for authentication and Google Forms API to create and publish forms directly to users' Google accounts.

3. User Accounts

To use FormWiz, you must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activities that occur under your account. FormWiz is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create forms that violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Create forms that infringe on intellectual property rights
• Create forms that are defamatory, harassing, or harmful to others
• Create forms that collect sensitive personal information without proper consent and security measures
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages than a human could reasonably produce

5. Google Services

FormWiz integrates with Google services, including Google OAuth and Google Forms API. Your use of these services is also governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By using FormWiz, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to Google's terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FormWiz and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Forms created using the Service are owned by you and stored in your Google account.

7. Limitation of Liability

FormWiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Service Availability

FormWiz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or defects.
